Yes — every photo download counts toward your free-tier limit, even if it's one you've already downloaded before.

You'll need to upgrade to Premium to keep downloading. Anything you've already downloaded stays yours — you just won't be able to download anything new until you upgrade.

Premium is a one-off payment, not a subscription — it unlocks unlimited photo downloads and Premium-only video downloads for a year from your purchase date, and it never renews or bills you again automatically.

Just enough to run the service: your Google account ID and email to identify you, and a record of what you've downloaded — including whether each item was a photo or video — to enforce the free-tier limit and restrict video downloads to Premium. We also record how many photos and videos you have each time your account is checked, to help us calibrate the free tier limit. If you're on Premium, we also keep a Stripe payment reference.
